COMEBACKACADEMY.ORG strives to help anyone develop a skill set to respond to bullying. When a bully says or does something mean, it is as though that person is trying to hit you with a dirty towel. You do not have to take the towel and suffer humiliation. Nor should you attack with the same meanness by throwing the towel back. The objective is to disrupt the bully's intent by taking the towel, commenting on it, and throwing it to the ground. This is a form of mental Aikido which aims not to overpower and defeat the bully, but to blend with the bully's energy and redirect the force of the attack.
An assertive comeback does not always have to be spoken in the moment or even at all. A good comeback spoken only in your head can still be very powerful and can protect who you are.
Our goal is to help you master a calm, alert, and confident approach to conflict. COMEBACKACADEMY.ORG will provide you with some tools to practice emotional self defense and ultimately protect your self-esteem.
BRAVE
It sometimes takes grit to stand up for yourself and others. Grit is like salt. Showing a little grit can enhance the flavor of who you are.

The more you think of what you would say/do in any situation, the better you will be able to protect who you are.
